Processing Time

All orders are processed within selected shipping times (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

First Light Coffee Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.
